Please Note:

You MUST ensure your Paypal shipping address is up to date, we cannot be held responsible if the Paypal shipping address is incorrect, or not current. This is your responsibility so please check it. Any changes to your order, including incorrect shipping address will result in an additional shipping charge AND re-stocking fee.

Update

Once ordered, you will receive a confirmation email from PAYPAL, but not from Beardo. This is Normal. After processing and packing, you will be sent an email with your Tracking number.
Feel at ease knowing that a team member (who is wearing a Beardo) will start working right away on getting your order out to you... please allow 1-3 BUSINESS days for the packing and processing of your order

Beardo Beard Hats

What are your Beard hats made of?

The Original Beardo beard hats are handmade with 100% acrylic yarn for the warmest and most comfortable feel on your head and face. With time and careful research, we have designed the highest quality product with a thick knit pattern and slightly slouchy fit to keep you comfortable, even in extreme weather conditions.

What size are the beard hats, how do i know it will fit me?

The selection is easy for you as they are all adjustable and one-size fits all! The beard face mask is designed using soft velcro on the inside of the beanie, to tighten or loosen for the best fit. The beard face mask also has an adjustment range of up to 7 centimeters on each side, and can be folded away inside, for that nice smooth-shaven look.

Care Instructions

How do I take care of my knit product?

Care should be taken when washing any knit product. The Beardo's should be hand washed only in cold water and laid flat to dry to avoid stretching or damage.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Please refer to shipping checkout for all shipping prices (simply select a product and go to checkout to select your country). See below for more info about international shipping, and to arrange expedited shipping service for your package, if needed.

Do you ship internationally?.. and where do you ship from?

Yes, we ship to every country around the World! We ship from just outside Toronto, Ontario,Canada. For UK orders, Please see our friends at Beardo UK . For orders in the Netherlands visit Beardowear Netherlands and for orders in Australia you can try Beardowear Australia , in Germany head over to Beardo Germany *Please note: Orders shipped outside North America are sometimes subject to regular customs duties and fees, levied by the destination country. Contact us for international orders if you cannot find your country in the checkout area (to our knowledge, every country is listed).

My tracking number doesn’t seem to be working, are you sure you sent my package?

Please note that Canada post puts tracking information with ALL orders even if it is not included with the shipping method. Tracking information should be up to date and current for all Canadian orders however orders outside of Canada will not have tracking included (unless other shipping methods were used). For these orders you may have a tracking number, but when tracked it may only say something like “shipping information received by Canada post”. Do not worry, if you have this information it means that the item was sent and should be received within the normal shipping times. We have yet to ‘forget’ to send a package so far!
Note that: When emailing customer service a transaction ID MUST be stated so we can reference your order

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-5 BUSINESS days for order processing in addition to shipping times (Most orders generally take 1-2 days, but around Christmas it may be 3-5). UPS Express shipping (our Christmas standard in Canada and USA for headwear orders) is 3-6 Business days. International orders (outside North America) can take around 12-30 business days to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing times. Delivery times may vary in peak seasons such as Christmas. Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over and we thank you for your understanding. If your item is not received after these times, please contact us so that we may ensure you receive your order... we can proudly say that we have not lost a package yet! If you have already ordered and it is has been longer that the noted shipping times + up to 5 BUSINESS day processing, please double check your mailing address to ensure that it is correct. (apartment numbers are the most commonly made mistakes). It is common for postal carriers to simply return the items to us if the address is incorrect.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders require a minimum order size of 25 items. Please send us an email for more information and be sure to include your company name and business number with your request for info.

Store/ security

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What currency do you charge?

Even though we are a proud Canadian company, the prices are charged in USD. This will not affect you as paypal converts any currency you hold, or have chosen to use for orders into our preferred currency. Some customers have expressed interest in our choice, so here is the explanation: This is due to several factors including: a majority international customer base, global competitive edge in an expanding online industry and the Beardowear business to business relations and fees are exchanged in USD.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If a product is defective due to manufacturer fault, it may be exchanged within 10 days of delivery (unworn and unwashed) for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Please email our staff at beardosales (at) gmail (dot) com with the reason for the exchange. You will then be given a return address depending on your location. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If no packing slip is available, include the name and address of the person who ordered the product and an approximate order date. Please note that returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for a change of mind about color or style options. In this case however, we can provide a swap for unopened/unworn items. Additional and return shipping costs are the customers responsibility, as well as an $8.00 re-stocking fee. The fit is slightly slouchy to accommodate the beard when folded away.
